Role:
Have you been a Service Manager before or are simply looking for acareer change? Are you excited about the thought of guiding the futureof graduates and ex-Forces personnel? As an IT Service ManagementTrainer, you will be integral to our client's business and help maintainclient s excellent standards of quality training.

As an IT Service Management Trainer, you will be responsible forcreating and eventually delivering exciting training materials andimparting your knowledge and expertise within state-of-the-artfacilities, directly influencing the UK s next generation of ServiceManagers. You will get to lead a team of trainees through the coursemodules and assess their progress throughout. With your support andmentoring and your ability to cater for a variety of learning styles,you will help them meet the learning outcomes.

This role will be based in London, in one of our client s award-winningAcademies located throughout the UK. You will work in a team of talentedindividuals with a similar drive to deliver quality training to themarket, in a continuously developing environment.

Key Skills:
Delivering Technical training modules effectively and to a high standard
Assessing and grading trainee work, providing feedback, coaching andsupport to trainees
Knowledge of SQL and UNIX
Experience of Administrating Microsoft Windows Server
ITIL Certification
Commercial Experience in IT Service Management
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, with excellentcommunication and presentation skills

Useful Skills:
Power Shell Scripting, Networking Management, Lean Six Sigma, PreviousIT Training Experience
