Technical National Security Recruiter.


£300 per day.

3 month contract.

Global Company

Our client is a leading global consultancy and they are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to resource staff within their National Security business areas.

As Technical Recruitment Officer you will hold responsibility for managing, delivering and meeting high numbers of recruitment requirements across National Security business.

You will be sourcing high volumes of talent and it is essential that you have previous National Security industry recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Managing the end to end recruitment activities, directly sourcing high volumes of technical talent for national security business.
  • Building talent pipelines for future requirements.
  • Meet headcount requirements by delivering an excellent recruitment service.
  • Identify and develop with the support of the recruitment team and manager, the best sourcing strategies, managing the balance of direct, referral and agency candidates.
  • Build relationships with the business across multiple locations.
  • Accurately produce and keep updated management information reports on candidate pipelines and help present the information on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team and recruitment administrators to ensure best in class candidate experience.
You will have the following experience:
  • Previous IT or Technology recruitment experience focused on the National Security area and DV cleared candidates.
  • Successful track record of directly sourcing industry related technical candidates.
  • Excellent candidate management skills.
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates, managing external suppliers and direct candidates via web applications.
  • Good understanding of the Professional Services Market, such as IT or Management Consulting.
  • Strong customer facing skills - with evidence of proven ability to build trusted recruitment relationships with (senior) line managers.
  • Attention to detail, with experience in working with MS Office applications such as Excel.
  • Good team player with a flexible approach.
  • An understanding of the SuccessFactors ATS is desirable
