Senior Youth Worker- Achievement Team Grade (JNC points 23-26) Full Time £32,438-£35,092 This Senior Worker post will lead and manage the development of the Youth and Family Support Service traded services offer to educational establishments. We are seeking a high calibre professional who can demonstrate a track record in providing excellent operational leadership and management regarding the development of structured educational programmes and courses that are accredited with nationally recognised awards and qualifications. In particular we are seeking applicants with experience in developing and managing alternative education, student support and accredited after school activities such the DofE Award. You must be able to work well under pressure, possess excellent customer service skills and be able to operate in a commercially orientated way. You will be able to lead and manage staff to deliver high performing high quality outcome focused services; specifically providing induction, direction, supervision, appraisal, training and managing performance. Your experience must include the use of HR policies and procedures. A professional qualification in youth work, informal education or community education is required for all positions.
