Our central London based client is currently seeking to immediately appoint a Chartered Property Valuer (RESIDENTIAL) to their team.

The successful applicant will need to:

  • Undertake valuations allocated accurately and professionally.
  • Meet all deadlines for the completion of work.
  • Keep tidy and orderly file records of valuations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and be aware of sensitive information.
  • Proficient in IT, acquire a sound knowledge of residential property markets and legal case law.
  • Continuing Professional Development as required by the RICS.
  • Maintain a perspective of the property market and related activities.
  • Attend events to promote the firm amongst clients and professional organisations.

The Person:

3 + years' post-qualified experience and RICS registered Valuer.

  • Valuations experience is essential, ideally from in a Residential Development department.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, an orderly approach to work and numeracy.
  • The ability to communicate well, with determination to investigate and seek out information.
  • A flexibility to work as part of a team.
